Sweetsprings is a town on the South Trade Road in the extreme southeast of Valdemar.

After Talia was Chosen, Sweetsprings was the first town Rolan took her through for a hot meal and supplies for their journey to Haven.

An imaginative young girl named Teig now works at the inn. She is friends with the Guard who first helped Talia all those years ago.
