The Last Herald-Mage series

The Last Herald-Mage series consists of three books, Magic's Pawn, Magic's Promise and Magic's Price. It tells the story of the last Herald Mage until Princess Elspeth in The Mage Winds trilogy.

Magic's Pawn[]

Magic's Promise is the second book in the Last Herald Mage Trilogy.

But when his Companion, Yfandes, receives a call for help from neighboring Lineas, both Herald-Mage and Companion are drawn into a holocaust of dark magic that could be the end of them both.

Magic's Price[]

Magic's Price is the third book in the Last Herald Mage Trilogy.

Valdemar-- the once-peaceful kingdom protected by the magic of its Herald-Mages-- is now beseiged on all fronts.
